Silence is not only a refuge, but also a way.<\/p>\n

As the changes are layered on top of each other, as more and more stimuli are faced, it becomes increasingly clear that the real power lies in silence.
This silence is not just the absence of noise, but the inner space into which we let all that we carry.
In this space, we can recognise the nature of emptiness, which is not a threat but an opportunity to re-establish ourselves.<\/p>\n

True silence is not an escape from the world, but a profound encounter with what is.
On the journey, we often feel incessantly changing, lost in what's happening, but it's in these moments that we really see how important it is to find the stillness within.<\/p>\n

When we really tune in, we know that all waves pass, all change is fleeting, and the greatest peace of mind is to be able to embrace this passing.
Flowing with the waves of life, not clinging to forms, not clinging to the past, but opening up to what is yet to come.<\/p>\n
