Dharmaral Camp – HOUSE RULES

1. Communication and cooperation

Community always comes first during the camp. We encourage open communication and cooperation. If you have any problems or concerns, please share them with the camp leader or the organisers. If you cannot morally and ethically be part of the community, or have a disruptive influence on the community, you are in violation of the house rules.

2. Mind-altering substances and alcohol

During the camp, on the camp premises and at the venue, and at our programmes, the consumption of mind-altering substances and alcohol is strictly prohibited.

3. Programmes and participation

Although participation in the programmes is not compulsory, if someone decides not to take part in a particular activity, they do so at their own risk. We accept no liability for any damage, injury, loss or further financial cost arising from failure to participate in the programme.

4. Peace and quiet

After 24:00, all campers must be aware that they must not disturb the rest and sleep of other campers. Please respect the peace and quiet.

5. Environmental protection

We respect nature and take care of the camp environment. Let us not litter, let us reuse objects and use the designated waste bins.

6. Equipment

All equipment described in the travel guide must be obtained by the first day of the camp.

7. Conditions for participation in the tour

Anyone who does not meet the conditions for participation in the tour cannot travel with us to the camp venue.

8. Order and cleanliness

The community undertakes to maintain cleanliness and order at our accommodation throughout the camp, helping to return the house as it was handed over.

The Passenger undertakes to comply with the House Rules and the instructions of the tour guides. In the event of a breach, the Passenger may be excluded from the trip, with the intervention of the local authorities if necessary. In such a case, the Tour Organiser shall not be liable for any financial loss, and the Passenger waives all claims for material and non-material damages. Anyone who violates the above rules during the camp will be immediately excluded from the camp.
