The way of silence, the teaching of Śūnyatā, all waves pass away.

The whirlwind of life is full of constant movement, new connections, new challenges, new life situations and it's easy to get lost in the noise it all leaves behind.
The outside world is full of colourful experiences and as time passes, the time inside becomes longer and longer when we just long for the call of silence.

The silence where all the waves come to rest, where we can immerse ourselves in the emptiness that paradoxically contains everything.

The autumn of 2024 will be a time of spiritual transformation, inner growth and renewal universally. Autumn is always a time of self-reflection, of turning inward.
And if you walk this path with clarity, you will be rewarded with gratitude and abundance.

Change is a natural part of the journey we are on. And external and internal factors have an impact on everyday life.
Sometimes enchantingly beautiful, sometimes shocking and challenging.
And I'm simultaneously touched by the promise of new life as a new member of our family arrives, and the challenge of rebuilding a home during a move.
But the most profound transformation for me is the Buddhist College, where I will have the opportunity to continue my studies and my journey from September.
These are the changes that remind me again and again: reality is here and now, present in every moment.

I know that it is difficult to stay in the present moment, because our external roles do not allow us to immerse ourselves in silence.
In the course of our work and our duties, we often drift away from the real goal.
It's easy to feel tired, frustrated and restless, but these are the situations that really teach us where we can find inner peace, regardless of what's going on around us.

Silence is not only a refuge, but also a way.

As the changes are layered on top of each other, as more and more stimuli are faced, it becomes increasingly clear that the real power lies in silence.
This silence is not just the absence of noise, but the inner space into which we let all that we carry.
In this space, we can recognise the nature of emptiness, which is not a threat but an opportunity to re-establish ourselves.

True silence is not an escape from the world, but a profound encounter with what is.
On the journey, we often feel incessantly changing, lost in what's happening, but it's in these moments that we really see how important it is to find the stillness within.
When we really tune in, we know that all waves pass, all change is fleeting, and the greatest peace of mind is to be able to embrace this passing.
Flowing with the waves of life, not clinging to forms, not clinging to the past, but opening up to what is yet to come.

It's time for the world around you to heat up, as each new step brings a new challenge, the silence in which it all settles becomes more precious.

As we move forward, changes become a natural part of the journey, and perhaps these are the points where silence, the inner space, becomes the real teacher.
To be incessant and empty is a consuming feeling.
In these situations we feel lonely, helpless.
But you must know that this state will pass, but while it lasts, try to see in it a core of calm that you can take with you wherever life takes you.

In Buddhism, there is a word for this state Śūnyatā (emptiness).

Learn to read between the lines, and you will find that śūnyatā refers to the fact that all phenomena, emotions and experiences are empty of self-existence.
Feelings of loneliness and helplessness occur when our minds insist that things should be stable and constant.
In times of grief or great change, we are confronted with the impermanence and emptiness of these states, which causes suffering.

The śūnyatā is a fundamental teaching of Mahayana Buddhism. This teaching describes the idea that all phenomena, including the 'self', are void of independent, self-existence.

Emptiness here does not mean that things do not exist, but that they do not have an independent existence in themselves.
All phenomena are interdependent, existing through causes, conditions and human designations.

You are part of it all, because your soul is eternal and eternal.
